Excellent! The spice kits make it so much easier to get e everything right. We did 3 different batches of waterfowl sausages, including this Tomato Basil. All turned out to be some of the best sausages we’ve made to date. We will be using these in future batches for sure.

We used the chorizo seasoning with some wild pork we had cut up and frozen a few days before. We ground the pork after letting it defrost somewhat in the fridge 5 hours. After grinding the pork we added the seasoning and mixed everything together and made a few patties and threw them on the bbq grill to sample. Good stuff! We made little 1lb packages and wrapped them in freezer paper and put them in the freezer. That chorizo seasoning really works well with the wild pork.
I've never had so many flavors explode in my mouth when I bit into them. Got to be one of my favorite brat.

Am pleasantly surprised how nimble, durable, strong bladed knife this is. Holds an edge with ease. The 10 inch blade works perfect in cutting fish and meat. Absolutely love it, along with my two other 8inch blades. I will buy again.
Highly recommend!! These brats are delicious. Shipping is quick and packaging is great to keep them frozen in transport. We started with Bearded Butcher seasonings and then tried their meats. We’ve loved everything we’ve tried so far. Can’t wait to try more scrumptious items from them.
